These terms concern use of the website operated by Sunshower Technologies Ltd., Ontario, Canada. They do not set the commercial terms for consulting, Mapping Sprints, implementation or managed services. Those services require a separate written agreement defining the scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables and applicable data-handling terms.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use its information to evaluate our services. Do not use it unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code or misrepresent your identity when communicating with us. Nothing here restricts rights granted by applicable law.
Website content
Our text, branding, designs and other materials are owned by Sunshower or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may link to our pages and share brief attributed excerpts for legitimate business discussion, subject to applicable law. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Service descriptions and inquiries
Website descriptions explain our approach and possible capabilities. They are not a binding quote or a commitment to a particular result, price, delivery time or integration. Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a client engagement. Final deliverables and implementation responsibilities are established in the agreed scope of work.
